What types of events do you work on?

 Party Belles does a bit of everything! We plan and/or decorate weddings, corporate events, nonprofit galas, social celebrations, and everything in between. From elegant weddings to large-scale events, we love bringing meaningful celebrations to life. 

How much does it cost to have a party?

 We get this question all the time — and we wish there were a simple answer! The truth is, “a party” can mean a lot of different things. A cozy celebration with simple décor and a large-scale gala with custom installations are both parties… but they come with very different price tags.

The cost of an event depends on factors like:

the type of event (wedding, gala, corporate event, social celebration)

number of guests

venue and location

décor and design elements

rentals, lighting, and florals

food, beverage, and entertainment

whether you need full planning, coordination, or décor-only services

Some events can be beautifully executed with a modest budget, while others require a larger investment. Once we learn more about your vision and priorities, we can help you understand what’s realistic and how to get the biggest impact for your budget.

Do you work with budgets of all sizes?

 Yes — we believe great events aren’t about how much you spend, but how you spend it. We’ll help you prioritize what matters most and make thoughtful recommendations to maximize your investment. Transparency is important to us, and we’ll always be honest about what’s achievable within your budget. 

Do you offer full planning or décor-only services?

 Both, and more! We offer a range of services including full-service planning, partial planning, day-of coordination, and décor and styling services. Whether you want us to handle every detail or just bring your vision to life on event day, we’ll tailor our services to your needs. 

Can you work with my venue and other vendors?

 Yes! We love collaborating with venues and vendors to create a seamless experience. If you already have vendors booked, we’re happy to step in and work alongside them. If not, we can also recommend trusted professionals we love working with. 

How far in advance should I book Party Belles?

 The sooner, the better — especially for weddings and large-scale events. That said, we understand that timelines vary. Reach out as soon as you’re considering professional planning or décor, and we’ll let you know our availability. 

Do you only work locally?

 The sooner, the better — especially for weddings and lar We’re based locally but happy to travel depending on the event and scope. If you’re planning something outside our immediate area, just ask — we’d love to chat. .
